Klimzy is not open yet. Right now this site only runs a waitlist, so this page is short: here is exactly what we keep and why.

What we keep

• Your email address, when you type it into the form.
• When you signed up.
• Where you came from, only if the link said so (for example "instagram").
• A scrambled code made from your IP address. We never store the address itself. The code only lets us stop one connection from signing up more than 5 times an hour.

Why

To send you one email when Klimzy opens. We don't sell or share your email, and we won't send you anything else unless you ask for it.

Where it's kept and for how long

With Cloudflare, who host this site, in their Asia-Pacific region. Only the Klimzy team can see it. After the launch email goes out we delete the waitlist. You can ask us to delete your email sooner at any time.

Your choices

Write to hello@klimzy.com to see, correct or delete your email, or to take back your consent. We'll do it within 7 days. If you're not happy with how we handled it, you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Age

Klimzy will be for people aged 14 and over. The waitlist collects an email address, so it's for adults (18+). If you're between 14 and 17, ask a parent or guardian to join with their own email, and they'll hear from us when Klimzy opens. If we find out an email belongs to someone under 18, we'll delete it.

Cookies and tracking

None. No cookies, no analytics, no ads. Your own browser remembers two small things on your device: that you've seen the intro, and that you've joined the list. Everything on this page, fonts included, comes from our own site. Nothing is loaded from other companies' servers.

Changes

If this page changes, we'll update the date at the top. When Klimzy opens, the game will have its own, fuller privacy policy.
